Special Equipment Requests
This helps us prepare the space ahead of time. Examples include: extra pillows, light or heavy blankets, chair with armrest, meditation bench or pillow, no down comforters, heating pad, no mattress, no rugs.
Meal Preferences and Restriction
We are able to fully support all allergies. Preferences are important to discuss especially if they support your retreat intention.
We will do our best and communicate alternatives if unable to support a request unrelated to food allergies.

As your retreat approaches, we invite you to continue listening inward and refining your intentions. Email us if questions come up. If there is anything on your heart or mind, we welcome you to share it. Our support begins as soon as you commit to the retreat.
Prepare and pack well in advance of your retreat: Packing Considerations
To help your body settle more gently into the darkness, you may wish to gradually reduce your daily caffeine intake before you arrive. If it feels supportive, try avoiding caffeine for 1 to 3 days before your retreat. It may also help to reduce or avoid artificial preservatives and refined sugar during that time. If any of these changes feel too strenuous, please listen to your body and follow what feels most nourishing for your system.
All meals provided during your retreat will be prepared with whole ingredients and held with care in support of your retreat intention(s).
Before leaving home, you may wish to prepare a quiet and nourishing space for your return, such as an altar, an outdoor place, or another setting where you can sit in stillness without needing to tend to paperwork, chores, or other responsibilities. If possible, try to keep the days after your retreat spacious, and avoid scheduling events, meetings, or trainings that would place you around groups of people for 1 to 2 weeks.
