Retreat Intention
All support will be guided by each retreat intention. Careful and thoughtful consideration is highly recommended. Send us this information via text, email or scheduled another call at least one week prior to your retreat.

How do you intend to integrate the experience?
Special Equipment/Requests -
This helps us prepare the space ahead of time. Examples include: extra pillows, light or heavy blankets, chair with armrest, meditation pillow, no down comforters, heating pad, no mattress, no rugs.
Meal Preferences and Restriction
We are able to fully support all allergies. Preferences are important to discuss especially if they support your retreat intention. We will do our best and communicate alternatives if unable to support a request.

Prepare/pack well in advance of your retreat
Directions (from main road), Packing and Liability Release will be sent after your donation is received.
To help you relax into darkness, any daily caffeine rituals should be reduced incrementally before your arrival. If possible do not consume any caffeine 1-3 days before your retreat. It is also advised to reduce or eliminate any artificial food preservatives and refined sugars during this period. All meals provided during your retreat will be made with whole ingredients and imbued with your retreat intention(s). At any moment if these instructions do not support your retreat intentions or they are found to be too strenuous, follow your own internal guidance.
Before you depart your home, you may choose to have a space dedicated to your return such as an altar, outdoor or other sitting space, where you can recreate stillness without looking at paperwork, chores, or other tasks that need your attention. Consider not scheduling any events, meetings, or training where you will be near groups of people for 1 to 2 weeks following your retreat.
