Tier 4: the Chrysalis

The Chrysalis is our most immersive offering, combining darkness with personal support and a range of therapeutic and spiritual practices, that will tap into your deeper potentials and transforming latent material beyond the reach of the conscious mind.

The Chrysalis is especially appropriate for people whose lives are calling for a deep renewal or transformation, whether that call is for spiritual growth or psychological healing and rebirth. It is for those looking to uncover their connection with the sacred in a potent and empowering way, for those seeking to address deeply held patterns that have been resistant to other therapeutic approaches, and those who feel beckoned by mystery but desire a container and a path to explore it.

What is Included?

The Chrysalis experience consists of a two-week package, including an extensive intake in which we will come to understand your life situation, background, needs and goals, develop a customized roadmap for your time in the dark, followed by 12 full days in the dark with two hours a day of personal attention, which may include guided meditation, ritual and trance work, conversational processing of emerging experiences, and coaching on how to use one’s alone time. We then conclude with follow-up integration sessions around 7 and 21 days after emerging.

The techniques that we may draw upon include:

Meditation, including visualization, concentration-building, single-pointed awareness, and open-awareness styles

Tier 3: Advanced Support

Focused support while in the dark for those that do not desire or are not able to commit to a full Chrysalis, we can develop a custom support package.

Tier 2: Preparatory Planning Support

For those interested in the dark and want to have a mostly self-guided experience, but who could use some preparation and guidance regarding practices to enhance and deepen their experience.

With this offering we provide guidance creating structure and goals, develop a practice plan tailored to your goals, and teach the relevant practices.
